At Tupperware we have proudly backed our products with
a lifetime guarantee for over 50 years, so you can buy with
confidence.
All Tupperware brand products are guaranteed by Tupperware
to perform under normal domestic use for the lifetime of the
product. When a Tupperware product shows a defect in material
or function, call your Tupperware Dealer or contact your nearest
Business Center for a free replacement. If actual product replacement
cannot be made due to unavailability, a comparable product replacement
will be made, or credit will be given for future purchase
of Tupperware brand products.
Decorative printing, bags, straps and pouches are not covered
by the Tupperware guarantee.
However, there are products that are not covered by the lifetime
guarantee and they are those few that are marked with the
“Q” symbol. These are covered
by a separate guarantee. The Hanookke Collection items, products
marked with the Hanookke warranty
symbol, are covered by a separate 10-year warranty.
